We want you to be completely satisfied with your CLUSE purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the products securely in their original CLUSE packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a local carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
